What to bring to the call

You do not need a deck. Bring the thing itself:

  • The workflow or the idea in a sentence or two, the way you would explain it to a colleague.
  • Who does the work today, and roughly how many hours a week it eats.
  • The systems already involved: your accounting tool, your CRM, the spreadsheet everyone is afraid of.
  • What “working” would look like three months from now.

Taking over a half-finished project from another team? Whatever access and documents you have is enough for a first read.

Who the call is not for

We would rather say so now than spend your half hour:

  • Companies with a CTO or an in-house engineering team. You already have what we do.
  • Ideas with no budget for a build yet. The intro call is still free, but we cannot scope what cannot be funded.
  • Organizations that need a formal procurement process. We are two engineers, not a vendor desk.
  • Anyone shopping for a cheaper hourly rate. We quote fixed prices and never bill by the hour.

What happens next

  1. We read it ourselves and reply within one business day.
  2. You get a rough read: whether it is buildable and what it would take.
  3. No obligation, no follow-up sequence.

The idea, the annoying workflow, or the half-finished project. Rough is fine.
